Protein Popsicles Recipe – Yummy Cold Brew Protein Popsicles

Cold Brew Protein Popsicles Recipe! I have quite an unforgiving sweet tooth. It’s my Bong genes probably. And as much as I plan and program my mind to steer clear of sugar but you will find me almost sleep walking to the kitchen to grab a little candy or something every couple of hours. That is an honest confession, and I am quite embarrassed. In my house, the other two have impeccable snacking habits and would hardly be seen grabbing things in between meals.

Now I have a wedding to attend in June and lately, I have been a little more diligent when it comes to my eating habits. I am definitely doing a tad bit of meal prep and thinking ahead for those desperate moments when all the palate wants is something sweet. My coach at the gym says, “Fail to prep or prep to fail”. Hence I came up with this protein popsicles recipe. Absolutely guilt free and most importantly, has coffee. Not that I am on a mission to list my vices today but I am a borderline swashbuckler when it comes to coffee. I thrive and survive on it and also blame it for my high-strung nerves. But that is not what is important here.

The protein powder I use is whey based and the vanilla flavor is what I used in this recipe. But I believe chocolate can be good too. Coffee and Chocolate is a match made in heaven.
